Module one and my Practice's

Having read most of the blogs about Module One, I feel as though having more than one practice to write about doesn't just effect me, and that we all are in the same boat. As we all know most dancer and actors, while still studying seek other work as a source of income. My problem is exactly that...

As well as being a dancer/ Teacher I also work within the entertainment industry, and have realized that they both cross paths. Working with clientele and fellow entertainers the link between my practices is that dance also comes down to entertainment, which every way you look at it, from being booked as a dance act for a venue to working as a dancer on a music video. Module one has also got me thinking about my teaching and who I can relate too, for example when I teach I see aspect of two teachers in mind and how you can have a firm but loving approach. In which these teachers have a different approach that I have, somehow merged together.
 
Throughout this process I will be mind mapping my ideas for the module one essay and diagram, first assessing what my practice's inhale and how they link together, then elaborate/ articulate areas that cross over into my every day life as a teacher and a performer.
